Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Dispatch times may be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Tracking
All orders are sent using Royal Mail services that include tracking where available. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
VAT, Duties & Import Charges
Orders are dispatched from Northern Ireland. As a result, customs charges are not normally applicable for UK or EU deliveries.
United States customers: US import duties and taxes are pre-paid. You will not be charged any additional import fees on delivery.
For other international destinations, VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local import rules if you are unsure.
Delays, Lost or Returned Items
If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please allow a reasonable additional period before contacting us, as Royal Mail deliveries can occasionally take longer in transit.
If an item is confirmed as lost or returned to us, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our returns policy.
