Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Dispatch times may be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Tracking
All orders are sent using Royal Mail services that include tracking where available. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
VAT, Duties & Import Charges
Orders are dispatched from Northern Ireland.
- UK and EU customers: VAT is charged at the applicable rate based on the destination country. This is calculated and displayed at checkout.
- United States customers: Import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid for delivery. Orders are typically delivered without additional charges on arrival; however, this is subject to US customs processing and cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
- Other international destinations: Local VAT, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local import rules if you are unsure.
Delays, Lost or Returned Items
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow a reasonable additional period before contacting us, as Royal Mail deliveries can occasionally take longer in transit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services once the item has been dispatched.
If an item is confirmed as lost or returned to us, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our returns policy.
