1. General Information
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Before returning any item, you must contact us at admin@nauti-control.com to obtain return authorisation. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.
All products are supplied with a return-to-base warranty.
2. UK & EU Customers
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- The refund will include the product price and standard outbound delivery costs
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
All claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items require the product to be returned to us for inspection.
If, after inspection, the item is confirmed to be faulty:
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law
- Reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed or a prepaid return arranged
- No restocking fees apply
If no fault is found, or the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or normal wear and tear, the return will be treated as a non-faulty return.
3. Non-EU Customers
(Including United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand)
Returns of Non-Faulty Items
We accept returns of non-faulty items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- A restocking fee of up to 15 percent may be deducted from the refund
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
All faulty item claims require the product to be returned for inspection.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty:
- No restocking fee will apply
- The product price and original shipping costs will be refunded
- Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed or a replacement issued
If no fault is found, the return will be treated as a non-faulty return.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank or card statement
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary
