These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of products supplied by Nauti-Control Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, installing, or using any Nauti-Control product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Use and Intended Purpose

Nauti-Control devices are designed as supplementary control and monitoring tools for marine electronics systems.

They are not intended to be used as primary navigation, steering, or safety systems.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You remain fully responsible for the safe operation of your vessel at all times
  • You must maintain proper lookout and manual control capability
  • The product must not be relied upon in situations where failure could result in damage, injury, or loss of life

3. User Responsibility

The user assumes full responsibility for:

  • Installation, configuration, and correct use of the product
  • Ensuring compatibility with existing onboard systems
  • Monitoring vessel behaviour at all times

You must not use the product in any manner that could compromise safety.

4. Wireless Communication Disclaimer

Nauti-Control products may rely on wireless communication technologies.

You acknowledge that:

  • Wireless signals may be subject to interference, delay, degradation, or loss
  • Environmental conditions, onboard electronics, and other factors may affect performance
  • Connection loss or latency may occur without warning

The product must not be relied upon where continuous, uninterrupted control is required.

5. Compatibility Disclaimer

Nauti-Control products are designed to interface with third-party marine systems including, but not limited to:

  • Raymarine SeaTalk / SeaTalk NG
  • NMEA 2000 systems
  • Other marine electronics networks

We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems, configurations, or firmware versions.

6. Installation Disclaimer

Installation is the sole responsibility of the user.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect wiring or configuration
  • Damage to third-party equipment
  • Any consequences arising from improper installation

If you are unsure, you should seek professional marine installation services.

7. Firmware and Software Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality or compatibility.

You acknowledge:

  • Features may change over time
  • Updates may introduce changes to behaviour or compatibility
  • It is your responsibility to review update notes before installation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nauti-Control Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Damage to vessels, equipment, or property
  • Personal injury or loss of life
  • Loss of data, income, or business

arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the product
  • Failure, delay, or inaccuracy of the system
  • Wireless communication issues
  • Integration with third-party systems

All use of the product is at your own risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nauti-Control Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use, installation, or operation of the product.

10. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Modify product specifications without notice

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs
  • Import duties, taxes, or local charges

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:
