Nauti-Control v2.0.3 Firmware Update – Custom 433 MHz Remote Mapping and Debug Tools
The Nauti-Control v2.0.3 firmware release, available for download now, introduces a major new feature — the ability to program and map custom 433 MHz remote controls.
This allows users to connect and configure non-pre-programmed remotes for use with the Nauti-Control box, offering greater flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of transmitters.
How to Map Custom 433 MHz Remote Codes
The new Setup screen now includes a section dedicated to Custom 433 MHz Buttons.
To configure your own remote:
- Enable Radio Debugging
- Go to the setup window and tick “Enable Radio Debugging.”
- This must be turned on for the codes to appear when a button is pressed.
- Capture Remote Codes
- Press a button on your 433 MHz remote.
- A long numeric code will appear in the Debug Window (see example below).
- Record these codes for each button you plan to map.
- Enter Codes into Setup Page
- Open the Custom Button section of the setup page.
- Input the recorded codes corresponding to each desired button function.
- Save Settings
- Click Save Settings once all codes are entered.
- Your newly programmed remote should now operate your Nauti-Control system.
You can also purchase a waterproof 433 MHz remote that has been tested and verified to work with Nauti-Control (see demonstration video below).
